It would be excellent if when we search a prospect using seamless if we could make a note for that POC. For example if I was referred to someone & found them with seamless, having a note box to type out who referred, when, & other details for future reference.

Put a simple "Comment" box next to Company or Contact. A lot of our time goes into building a list so we can tackle it all at once. If I have a quick reference to something I noticed while building this list it could be very helpful. Since I am in the shipping business a quick example for a comment on a company would be: "Ships domestic only, FAQ indicates they are planning on offering int'l" See Rough sketch attached.

That is very astute Jason, and we have highly considered what you have referenced in relation to this feature request. We agree that our platform is best left to focus on lead generation and that is our focus in both the near and mid-term. While this feature has been requested by many users, we do believe that notes are best suited for a CRM and that is our recommended approach at this time. It is on the potential roadmap long-term, but as you noted, not a near or mid term focus in favor or other more lead gen focused features.
