I would love to be able to sort by company alphabetically while I am doing a search, before I have clicked find for the contacts since I use quite broad search terms and there are a lot of contacts I might not want sometimes and so I go through checking them. Having the ability to group companies together and alphabetically to make it make more sense when I am going through it would make the world of difference.
